Terms of Service and Ordering Information   
  • Items are graded using strict ANA standards for technical grading.
  • Photographs of items, where provided, are of the actual item for sale. Stock images are NOT used on this website. Linked die variety information will contain micrographs of similar coins and WILL NOT be of the coin for sale.
  • Payment accepted via mail or Paypal. We do not accept credit cards directly, however using a credit card through Paypal is accepted. Mailed payments in the form of personal checks, money orders, or cash must arrive within 15 days of order date. We reserve the right to hold orders on checks for up to 7 business days to wait for check processing. A $25 fee will be asssessed for all returned checks.
  • All items are guaranteed genuine, except pieces noted as being counterfeit or altered. Returns are accepted at any time should any item we sell as a genuine item be deemed not genuine by either PCGS or NGC.
  • We DO NOT guarantee cross-over grading of certified coins.
  • Coupons or coupon codes must be used at time of purchase on the web site. Credit for coupon codes cannot be given after your order is completed.
  • All other returns accepted without question IN ORIGINAL HOLDERS within 30 days of the postmarked date on the package for the purchase price of the items returned. Postage is not refunded.
  • Mailed payments should be sent to C. D. Daughtrey, P.O. Box 627, Brookline, MO 65619. For security reasons, do not write anything about coins on the outside of your payment envelope.
  • Please include a printed copy of your invoice with payments. If this is not possible, please write your order number in the memo line of your payment or enclose a note containing your order number with your payment. Failure to do this WILL delay processing of your order while we hunt to match your payment to the proper order.
  • Items are shipped within 7 days of order date via first class USPS mail. We do not ship with any other carrier.
  • We reserve the right to refuse business to anyone for any reason.
